There are many ways to stay positive. Everyone on Earth always tells us to be positive. Also, they let time decide everything. But these things were a terrible problem for me. So I decided to search for the very famous but unachievable positive thing. After finding it for months, I got through some critical facts. Just see whether you know them.

Start every day refreshingly.
This was the first but the best thing. Because to start the day, we need to wake up. So if we can start our day with more refreshing ideas, strength, and power, it will be a plus point. Just think of a day that you started with laziness. Indeed it might be a disaster. Also, such days are so dull.
There is nothing to do and no mood to do even the daily stuff. Also, such days are full of bad moments and destructive emotions like anger. So I suggest you start the day more strongly. If you can start the day strong, the day will spend like the best day of your life. Also, make your bed nicely after you get up from the best.
Scientists have found that if you make the bed your first activity of the day, you can optimize and feel ready to work because you have almost completed your first duty for the day more successfully. And you are ready to do the other stuff. So today onwards, don’t let the sun challenge you but be a challenge even to the sun by being more powerful and robust.

Be grateful

What is gratitude? Simply gratitude is being thankful.
Why should we be thankful? We should be thankful for what we have and what we don’t have. I know that this looks quite crazy. What is the purpose of being thankful for what we don’t have?
The theory is simple. People are in the potential to reach the that we don’t have. If we don’t have something, we always try to get that thing into our custody. So that’s why they say to be thankful or show gratitude for what you have and what you don’t have.
How to be grateful?
Okay, finally, now you are on track. Though this looks quite simple, let me introduce a method I’m using to be grateful. I use an A5-sized little notebook to write everything for the day. This has my likes, dislikes, good and bad things that happened to me on a particular day, my targets and achievement for the day, and finally, how grateful I am for this day. Many people introduce this as a gratitude journal.
So with such a journal, you have no regrets, and at the same time, you will be able to go through your day and identify your troughs. This will pave your way to be more robust for the next day. Trust me! This works. This method makes more sense in personal development. So please give it a try. And share your thoughts.
Treat yourself like a stranger.
I know this looks a little bit crazy. But this is a suitable method that I follow. Just think of a time when any stranger or neighbor visits your home and how you treat them.
We give all the good things to them. We give a comfortable bed, room, tastier food, and all the other best things. In other words, good things only. Sometime you might have less comfortable things. But you never show your negatives in front of a stranger.
So why don’t you treat yourself in the same manner? That is pretty easy. You will like to be comfortable and stay chilled even once a month. So, give it a try. Make yourself a stranger to yourself and treat yourself like a stranger, even once or twice a month. And this method will probably upgrade your confidence in heights.
Never get caught in gossip.
This is one that I hardly believe, that what we give to others are the things that we get. Or else in other words, we will receive the thing we give if we give bad as our output, and we will get only bad in return, identical to the good.
So never spend your valuable time spreading gossip. Even if someone told you, be sure to hear it from one ear and discard it from the other. According to my perspective, whether it is good or bad, gossips are just useless words. Could you not get caught with them?
Don’t smile, but laugh.
Smiling is so artificial, and laughter is so natural. A smile needs more energy than a laugh. Because we need to smile purposely, but the laugh is not.
Laughing is the best medicine for a mentally wounded person. Sametime laughing makes you get out through some bad situations. And for an extra thing, laughing burn more calories. So make jokes without being a joker. Bring happiness to others without acting stupid.
Take breaks
If you have a tight schedule, take a break. If you feel that you are depressed, take a break. If you are having a terrible day, take a break. I’m not telling you to be in your comfort zone. But through my practice, I got that taking a break when in need is not an attempt to be in the comfortable zone.
Just think about a Ferrari, why breaks are there, simply for safety. But if we think out of the box, these vehicles are designed to travel at high speed, but if there is an accident or barrier, we should apply breaks. Same with the people. We should take breaks when needed; otherwise, our whole system will be out of control.
Make plans
Good planning the like is the most needed thing. Think of a building! The foremost thing is good planning, whether it is a palace, school, financial building, hotel, or luxury apartment. Before getting the work done, we must plan.
The plans may be different from the goal. Sometimes it might be going on a picnic for the coming summer or watching Netflix with your fiancée on the weekend. Regardless, think out of the box and plan to stay positive.
Meditation is the best medication.
This is the last. Meditation is the best practice for positive thinking.
By this method, we can pay more attention to our inside body. Meditation is like doing a complete body checkup. Meditation can make us feel more positive and well.
Meditation can relieve all mental illnesses and treat them in a second. Meditation makes to reduce the scatteredness in your feelings. Same time meditation helps to spread more love and kindness.
Being kind to anyone is a good quality. Needs may differ for anyone, but everyone needs love. Wants may differ individually, but every man seeks kindness. Through meditation, we can do all these things.
If you are no more aggressive, it may positively affect your colleagues. If you are humbler and more patient, it may positively impact your parents and friends. So finally, my request is to practice meditation, and through that, you will be able to find the more positive person in you.
